EuroSun 2006 Conference Registration

What is included in the price and Cancellation Policy

Each Full Conference Registration includes:

• Access to all Conference Sessions
• Admission to the International Trade Exhibition
• Refreshments
• Conference Materials including the Conference Proceedings on CD

A hard copy of the conference proceedings will also be available at the conference. 

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive confirmation and further information about your attendance via email, once your payment has been received and cleared.   

Cancellation 

Cancellations need to be communicated to us in writing and will be charged as below.  You must include your registration confirmation number within your request.  The date of receipt of your communication is considered the cut off date. 

• Cancellations before Friday 19 May will receive a refund minus 50% of the original fee  to cover administration costs.

• Cancellations after Friday 19 May will receive a refund minus 75% of the original fee.

• Cancellations after Friday 2 June 2006 are non-refundable.
