Details of Instructions for the submission of Abstracts to EuroSun 2006 are given below
Abstracts
Abstracts
are invited in the main topic areas of the conference, for consideration by the
Scientific-Technical committee. They must be in English and include:
Abstracts
should be produced and in any case no longer than one side of A4, using a
font no smaller than 11point (for ease of reproduction and printing). One
monochromatic graphic per abstract may be included within the single-page limit
(but avoid graphics with dark backgrounds, as these do not reproduce well).
Abstracts should be submitted on-line, using the online
submission form. Deadline

will be evaluated on the basis of the clarity of the objectives, the method used
and the significance of the results. The author designated for correspondence
will be notified of the paper’s acceptance or rejection by Submission
of an abstract for review is considered as an agreement that the work will not
be published or presented elsewhere prior to the conference. Presentation of papers and publicationIn
submitting an abstract, authors agree to the decision of the
Scientific-Technical Committee on the mode of presentation – either oral or by
poster. Authors will be notified at the time of acceptance of the abstract. Full
papers must be submitted for all presentations (oral and posters) by Abstracts
will be published in hard copy, and full papers will be published in CD-ROM
form. These will be available for delegates at the conference. Hard copies of
the full papers will be available, at an additional cost, after the conference. Oral
presentations will be in the order of 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Some topics may be presented in round-table discussions. Poster
sessions will start with a brief oral presentation, of about 3 minutes for each
poster. Submission
of a paper is considered as an agreement that the copyright of both the abstract
and the paper will be transferred to the publisher. Notable
